Great care is taken in ensuring the speedy and safe arrival of your new art piece after purchase. Items will be sent or collected from Melbourne, Australia or from Tokyo, Japan so please allow appropriate time for delivery.
If an item is confirmed lost by the delivery service, a full refund will be returned to the customer after processing with service.
If an item arrives damaged, and is not accepted by the customer and the delivery service takes responsibility and returns the product, a full refund will be given.
Return & Exchange Policy
With respect, all sales are direct with the artist and are non-refundable purchases.
